Early ege is easier than the main. On the issue of early surrender of the exam

Applications for the early passing of the exam in 2017 were accepted until February 1 (inclusive), and students and graduates of previous years passed the first exam on March 23. This is two months earlier than the main stage. In order not to be late next year, the site talks about the deadlines, the necessary documents and methods for obtaining the results of the exam.

Why before others?

Most often, examinations are passed ahead of schedule by graduates of past years. They need an exam for admission to college. Currently, all Russian higher education institutions when enrolling are asked to provide the exam results, which are considered valid for four years following the year of passing the exam. In order to become one of those lucky ones who pass exams earlier than others and enjoy the results a couple of months earlier, it’s enough not to miss the deadlines for submitting an application and collect all the necessary documents. But first things first.

I want to be one of the first! Can?

In order for everyone to pass the exam, it was divided into three stages: early, primary and secondary.

Early delivery is designed mainly for graduates of past years - those who want to improve their USE results or those who graduated from school before the introduction of the Unified State Examination. Graduates of this year can also pass exams ahead of schedule, but for this the pedagogical council of the school must give admission. You can get it in the absence of academic debt and the full implementation of the curriculum.

In the additional examination period from September 5 to September 16, graduates who fail to score the minimum required points, that is, cross the threshold, in May - June, can pass the exam in mathematics (basic level) or in the Russian language.

The main requirement that must not be forgotten is that the exam is taken once a year. The exception is the graduates of the current year who did not pass the exam in the Russian language and mathematics (basic level). If you have not scored the minimum points for one of these items, you can retake it in an additional period. In other subjects, in case of failure, you can try your hand only next year.

The main thing is not to forget your passport

For early delivery, students submit an application for participation in the exam in their school. Graduates of past years must apply for participation in the exam in the offices of the Moscow Regional Information Processing Center (RCEI). From the documents you will need a passport and the original education certificate.

The application must list the subjects for which you plan to pass exams. For graduates of the current year, exams in Russian language and mathematics (at any of two levels) are required, the rest can be chosen independently (most often depending on the profile of the university).

A passport will be needed not only when applying, but also for admission to the exam itself - the data will be checked against the list of participants, which is printed out from the regional information system.

Regardless of when you will have an exam, the deadline for submitting applications is one. This year, the early exam began on March 23 and will end on April 14. Applications had to be submitted before February 1, 2017 inclusive. After this date, only applications of those who had good reasons, for example due to illness, were considered. Applications are terminated two weeks before the exam.

USE is available to everyone

People with disabilities (HIA) can take an exam, including an early exam. To create special conditions for passing the exam, you need to provide a copy of the recommendations of the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission.

In total, 44 thousand people will take part in it, two of which are graduates of this year. In all the auditoriums where the exams will be held, online cameras have been installed. Also in 2017, KIMs print immediately at the delivery point, and there they will also scan the guys' answers.

We learned from those who passed the exam today how they passed the exam, which caused difficulties and whether or not to worry about the guards.

Catherine, Moscow. I handed over computer science.

I handed it over early, because geography and computer science in the main period are carried out on the same day, and I hand over both subjects. But only geography for priority is higher. Therefore, I decided to hand over ahead of schedule so as not to hand over on reserve days.

The overall impression is good. In general, not a lot of people turned in, I had to go to the other end of the city, this is not very convenient. In many audiences there was only one dealer.

The situation is calm, pleasant observers in PES, guards with humor. There were no frames, I don’t know about the jammers - I prudently handed things over to the attendant, they checked me, let me in and out. There were two cameras in the audience aimed at different angles of the class.

The tasks were, in my opinion, not so much difficult as non-standard. In preparation, I met only a few options of this type. The first part upset, because there were just non-standard tasks (1, 2, 9, 10, 16). The second part, it seemed to me, was much easier than training KIMs (anyone who is familiar with any programming language can make a mistake in the program). And all tasks, including programming elements, were easier than usual (8, 11, 20, 21)

In general, if you devote enough time to preparation, you can get high scores. The key in preparation is to solve tasks of various types, so that later on the exam you will not be surprised at the unusual formulation of the task.

Angelina, the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Handed over geography.

The tasks are not much different from the demo version. A lot of questions were about the subjects of the Russian Federation and industry in different parts of the world.

As for the control: cameras, jammers and observers - all this was. I was very nervous. But I got a good guard. When I went out to drink and eat a chocolate bar, he talked to me, even encouraged.

They handed over with me 8 people. Everyone was worried, but we had good organizers: they told everything, they did not escalate the situation.

Gennady, the city of Mirny. I handed over computer science.

We were told that in the early wave for several years no new tasks have been added, and, apparently, there is no reason not to believe this. There was nothing completely new. If you know the topic, you will only need to understand what they want from you, but you will not have to do new actions. There was a slightly different wording in one, but the task itself was absolutely the same as always.

The situation at the exam was very quiet, because only four people came to computer science, and two more to geography. We did not have a framework, just checked with a metal detector, and that’s it. I didn’t see the police, only the guards belonging to the school where the exam was held.

Konstantin, Khimki. I handed over computer science.

From the KIMs for which I was preparing, the tasks did not differ very much. Most tasks can be solved logically, only a few tasks really required knowledge.

The situation on the exam is normal, the teachers are friendly, smiling, joking. At the entrance to the school, they immediately explained everything, told where to go. From the control I saw only two guards who, at the entrance to the examination rooms, simply checked for the presence of telephones with the device. There were no frames or police cordons. Throughout the exam, there were only two organizers in the room, observers walked exclusively in the corridor, sometimes looking into the audience through an open door.

There were not many people, as I saw: the exam was held in 6 classrooms, about 15 people each. The general impression is pleasant, despite the severity and excessive bureaucracy, the organizers themselves have a high level of process and attitude to it.

Eugene, Bryansk. I handed over computer science.

Firstly, the training options that many sites provide are not much different from what students will meet on the exam itself. Jobs are similar in type. The only difference is that they will be complicated by additional conditions, for example, not “find the value of the expression” but “find the value of the expression in the 10-decimal number system and translate it into the number system with base 5”. Rough but clear. And so - almost nothing new.

The situation on the exam was tense. Everyone was worried. Someone even tore the envelope out of excitement by accident. The organizers did not try to defuse the situation. Despite the fact that we were all adults there, they read the rules for schoolchildren that “this is one of the difficult tests that awaits you in life” is frankly ridiculous. And so they tried very hard to be attentive to us so that we were not mistaken.

There was no police, at least where I handed over. Framework too. Checked with a metal detector and all. They joked, laughed and sent to take. The cameras are straining, it turned out that it was impossible even to put a bracelet on the table with hands and rings - just a comment. You can’t take off your shirt if it’s hot, you can’t take anything except a passport and a pen.

Today 9 people handed over, the rest were not allowed in - there were 15 on the list, but they were late and lost the chance to pass this year. I will say one thing - the USE goes beyond the school curriculum. You won’t wish this for graduates if an adult programmer like me had a hard time squeaking over all of this.

Ruslan, Sevastopol. Head of the Public Observer Corps

The first day of monitoring showed that the guys are ready to pass the exam without the help of cheat sheets, phones and other things, the exam passed as usual. At the entrance to the audience of the dealers they are waiting for the scope of the metal detector and a check by the police.

Our role, as public observers, is to make the exam procedure as objective and transparent as possible. We also make sure that the employees of the Unified State Exam Reception Center treat the children honestly and transparently: for example, so that they don’t “fail” in the exam and do their work as they should. Members of the corps are actively working with schoolchildren, we convey to them the importance and necessity of our work.

There are situations in life when it’s precisely on these dates that one doesn’t manage to come to the exam. And then what? Lose a year and wait for the next year? Not necessary. Passing the exam (as well as any other important exams) takes place in 2 stages:

  • The main stage (held at the end of the school year, at the end of May-June);
  • Early stage (held in spring, in March-April).

Moreover: some students can choose when to take them. But in order to understand whether you need it or not, let's figure out who these students are, as well as the main pros and cons of taking an exam early.

Who can take the early exam?

Persons of the following categories are allowed for early surrender:

  • those who, at the time of delivery, have fully mastered the school curriculum - graduates of past schools, technical schools, lyceums, colleges and schools;
  • pupils of the 11th grade of evening schools who are to perform military service;
  • graduates of schools that are preparing to move to permanent residence in another country;
  • schoolchildren who take part in international or all-Russian Olympiads or competitions, the date of which coincides with the main stage of the exam;
  • schoolchildren who at the time of the main stage of the exam will be in sanatoriums or other medical institutions to undergo medical, health or rehabilitation programs;
  • graduate students who are outside the country and due to difficult climatic conditions cannot return.

What does the early exam in 2017 mean: advantages

So, you do not know how to pass the USE ahead of schedule in 2019? Simply write a statement addressed to the school principal indicating the reason why you may be allowed to do so.

But is it true that the early exam is easier than that which is carried out in the main period of completion? Well, he definitely has certain advantages, but certainly not in the ease of the exam itself, but in what:

  1. Graduates are less nervous due to fewer people. For comparison: if last year, during the main stage, more than 700,000 students passed the exam, then only 26,000 young people came to the exam ahead of schedule. You must admit that in such an almost friendly company you feel much more confident, which means you will be less nervous.
  2. Less crush, hassle and clearer organization. Due to the fact that the pre-term exam takes less students, its structure is more clear and organized. You can not be afraid that you do not have enough blank or suddenly there will not be hours in the audience.
  3. Optimal weather conditions. Weather in the early to mid-spring is more predictable. At this time, you can not be afraid of heat, stuffiness, the negative effects of direct sunlight. So in any case, the early delivery of the exam takes place in more comfortable conditions.
  4. Fast check speed. You will learn much earlier about how you wrote an early version of the Unified State Exam 2019 (in chemistry, Russian, mathematics, or another subject), since the load on observers and reviewers is much lower. Of course, you should not wait for the results the very next day. To know the results of the exam, you have to wait 7-9 days. About 2-3 days before the deadline for the announcement of the results, you can already monitor your results. For comparison: those who pass the exam in the main period have to live with an expectation of about two weeks. That's what the early version of the exam means!
  5. Extra time to think up a receipt strategy. As soon as you managed to find out the results of the early Unified State Examination 2019, you have additional weeks and even months for a detailed analysis of your situation and thinking over where to submit the documents. At this time, you can go to different universities on open house days, prepare for the internal exams of the chosen university and even change your mind about the chosen direction. And, of course, to devote himself to rest, gaining strength and relaxation before the difficult school year, if you still manage to do it.

Early Unified State Examination: disadvantages

Not everything is as simple as everything in our life. Let's deal with the cons that promises us early delivery of the exam:

  1. Less time to prepare. While others will have 2 more months to prepare for the exam and classes with tutors, you will have to take an early exam. This is also bad because some topics that are included in the exam, students go through during the last months of study. If you decide on an early exam, you will have to prepare yourself and understand the topic.
  2. You become a guinea pig for all changes that have not yet been entered.. If the organizers decide to introduce any innovations, you will be the first on whom they will test them, so that the main period goes perfectly.
  3. Remoteness of the place for change.  Since the number of applicants for early admission is significantly lower than the main stream of applicants, the number of places where exams will be taken is also significantly lower. For example, in the main period of delivery, you can take an exam in the main area of \u200b\u200bresidence or training. If you live in a remote area, then places for where it will be difficult to get to can be chosen for the place of delivery.

In general, now you see the difference between the main and early stages of passing the exam. Each has its pros and cons, and you need to choose what is closer to you in spirit. And in order to facilitate your difficult share, we offer you future assistance of student service in the main types of student work that complicate the learning process (quizzes, essays, term papers, diplomas).

Unified state examinations in Russia pass in two “waves”: the pre-term period passes in the spring, in March-April, the main one - after the end of the school year, in the last days of May and June. However, some categories of dealers have the right to choose their own terms. And in order for the choice to be balanced, you must understand all the advantages and disadvantages of taking exams ahead of time.

Who can take the exam ahead of schedule

The unconditional right to choose independently between the early and the main wave of passing a single state examination is entitled to those who have already fully mastered the school curriculum. It:

  • graduates of past years, regardless of the "statute of limitations" of the certificate (those who parted with the school many years ago and last year's graduates who want to improve their results are also eligible to take ahead of schedule);
  • graduates of technical schools, lyceums and schools who have already completed the completion of the general school course.

In addition, the right to take the exam, without waiting for the end of the last academic year, have some categories of eleventh graders. These include:

  • graduates of evening schools, which this year will go to military service;
  • children who leave school for permanent residence after leaving school, regardless of whether they are talking about emigration or a student visa to continue their education at a foreign university or college;
  • participants in all-Russian or international competitions, contests or contests - if the duration of the competition or training camp coincides with the main stage of passing the exam;
  • eleventh graders who in May-June will be in sanatoriums and other medical institutions on medical and rehabilitation or rehabilitation programs;
  • graduates of Russian schools located outside the borders of Russia - if they are located in territories with difficult climatic conditions.

In order to be able to pass the exam ahead of schedule, eleventh graders must write a statement addressed to the director of their school, indicating the reason.

The main advantages of passing the exam in the early period

There is a common myth that the USE options for the early period are easier than for the main one. This is not so, the level of difficulty of the options for all examiners of the current year is similar. However, some organizational features of the spring “wave” do allow some to achieve higher scores.

Fewer people - less nerves

The early period for passing the exam is not comparable in mass with the main one. For example, in 2016, 26 thousand people passed exams ahead of schedule across Russia all over Russia - and in the summer “wave” the number of students approached 700,000. As a result, not hundreds of excited schoolchildren are gathered in megalopolises of examination centers, but only a few dozen people ( and in smaller settlements, the account for “premature workers” can go even units). In addition, some graduates of previous years who submitted an application for passing the exam can change their mind by the day of the exam and not come to the test - as a result, 6-8 students can sit in the audience for 15 people. Moreover, some of them will be adults, who usually take the exam more calmly than the average schoolchildren, "wound up" by numerous conversations that the exam will decide their fate.

This makes the overall psychological situation on the exam an order of magnitude less nervous. And, as the experience of many graduates shows, the ability to calm down and focus during the exam is crucial. In addition, with a small number of surrenders, the time for pre-briefing and “organizational questions” is significantly reduced: printing and distribution of tasks, checking the coincidence of bar codes, controlling the filling of forms, and so on. And this also reduces the degree of excitement.

Clear organization

Early passing the exam is considered the official start of the examination campaign. At this time, only a few examination points were working in the regions, and great attention was paid to the organization of work in them. Therefore, despite the fact that it is during the pre-term period that all procedural innovations are usually “run through”, failures, technical problems and organizational violations are usually not encountered. And the likelihood of encountering, for example, a lack of additional forms or lack of watches in the audience tends to zero.

Predictable audience climate

Passing exams at the end of May and June is fraught with another danger - on hot days in the examination room it can be very stuffy, and the direct rays of the summer sun can add discomfort. At the same time, exam organizers do not always agree to open windows. In the spring, during the heating season, the temperature in the audience is more predictable, and you can always dress “according to the weather” so that during the exam you will not freeze and sweat.

Quick check

During the pre-term exam period, the burden on experts who verify the work is much lower - and, accordingly, the work is checked faster. It is still not worth waiting for the results the day after the exams - the official deadlines for checking the work of the early period are usually 7-9 days, and the points can be published a couple of days before the deadline. During the main period, students usually have to wait for the results of the exam for about two weeks.

Time to develop an entry strategy

Those who pass the USE ahead of schedule already by the end of April will know their results precisely - and they have two more months to analyze in detail their chances of entering a particular university in the chosen direction, “aim” to go to open door days and so on. And, even if the results were lower than expected - there is plenty of time to find a way out of this situation.

In addition, graduate students who “shoot back” with exams can spend the last two months of school life very relaxed. While their classmates are diligently preparing for exams, writing samplers and running around tutors, they can do their own thing with a sense of accomplishment.

Disadvantages of early passing the exam

Less time to prepare

The main minus of passing the exam in the early period is obvious: the earlier the exam date, the less time for preparation. This may be especially important for graduates of the current year - after all, some topics of the school course included in the USE program can be studied in the fourth quarter of the last school year. In this case, you will have to get acquainted with them yourself, or with the help of a tutor.

The first "run-in" changes in the KIM exam

Control and measuring materials for most subjects undergo changes, and the early deadline for the exam is also the first presentation of all the innovations “in combat conditions”. While preparing for the examinations of the main period, the examiners and their teachers use the FIPI demo versions and post-factum versions of pre-term education as “official guidelines”. Those who take the exam in spring are deprived of such an opportunity - they can use only a demo version as an example of a set of tasks. Therefore, the chances of encountering an unexpected task during the early period are much higher.

Less preparation

Students who take exams in March-April are not able to participate in the test exams, which usually take place at the very end of the school year. However, district departments of education usually hold training exams at an earlier date - but most often this service is paid.

In addition, the use of online services for self-preparation for the exam can also cause difficulties: laying out options that correspond to the current year KIM, the owners of such services are usually guided by the terms of the main period. And, if you pass the subject in which serious changes are expected this year, the chance that a month before the early exam you will be able to find a service with a sufficient number of “plausible” options that are well adapted to the exam of the current year is rather low.

Taking exams away from home

Since the number of students passing the exam is prematurely small, the number of examination points is also greatly reduced. For example, residents of all areas of a large (and geographically "scattered") city can take the exam in this subject in only one paragraph. And for those who live in distant or “problematic” transport areas of the city, this can become a serious drawback. Especially considering that exams in different subjects can take place in different places of the city, so the route and travel time will have to be re-calculated each time.

At the request of graduates of the exam and the exam, if there are sufficient reasons can be carried out ahead of schedule. To do this, it is mandatory at the time of passing the GIA to successfully pass the intermediate certification and have access to the delivery of the GIA. The order of dospuka for the early delivery of GIA differs for different categories of graduates.

Graduates of 9th grademay be admitted to the early surrender of the CGE only if there are valid reasons, documented.

26. For students who are not able, for legitimate reasons, documented, to pass the GIA within the time periods established in accordance with paragraphs 24 and 25 of this Procedure, the GIA is carried out ahead of schedule, but   not earlier than April 20, in the forms established by this Procedure. (p. 26)

Graduates of 11th grademay be admitted to the early passing of the exam at will.

29. For students of the State Examination, at their request, can be carried out ahead of schedule, but not earlier than March 1, in the forms established by this Procedure. ()

Graduates of past years,  having in their hands a certificate of completion of 11 classes, college graduates, or students who received unsatisfactory results from the last year’s State Academic Examination and who left school with a certificate, pass the Unified State Examination only ahead of schedule or in extra time.

For graduates of past years, the exam is held ahead of schedule, but not earlier than March 1, and (or) at additional dates for the exam in the forms established by this Procedure.

Participation in exams of previous years graduates at other dates of the USE is allowed only if they have good reasons (illness or other circumstances, documented) and the relevant decision of the SEC. ()

In 2019, an early period for the exam is scheduled from March 20 to April 10, for the completion of the exam - from April 22 to May 14.

How to solve the issue of surrendering GIA in the early period

Pupils of grade 9 must additionally document that they can’t take exams in the main period for a good reason, such good reasons can be illness and the need for taking a rehabilitation course in the main and additional period of the Unified State Examination, family moving to a permanent place of residence in another country and others exceptional cases. Graduates of the 9th grade who have received unsatisfactory results based on the results of the last year of the last year and who have a certificate with the results of intermediate certification can be admitted to the early passing of the CGE.

To pass the GIA in the early period, students in grade 11 need to write a statement addressed to the principal, indicating the reason. As a rule, the need to pass the exam ahead of schedule arises:

  • if in May-June they will be in sanatoriums and other medical institutions on medical and rehabilitation or rehabilitation programs;
  • if graduates are participants in competitions, contests or competitions, and the duration of the competition or training coincides with the deadline for passing the exam in the main stream. Such competitions and olympiads can be both national level and international;
  • if eleventh graders plan to move to another country after graduation. Note that the move may be associated not only with emigration, but also with plans to continue education on a student visa at a foreign university;
  • if graduates of evening schools this year have to go to military service.

Advantages of early passing the exam

The USE options for the early flow are not easier than the main flow options. The difficulty level of all options for the current year is similar. However

More time to choose a university

One of the main advantages of early passing the exam is the extra time to make an important decision. Graduates who have passed the exam ahead of schedule by the end of April already know their results, and can calculate their chances of entering the selected university. For this, open door days and education fairs are suitable. And if the results of examinations do not please the graduate, then the decision about where to go and what profession to choose will not have to be taken in a hurry.

Equally important is the reduction of the pre-examination bustle. The last two months of study will not take place in such a strain as the rest of the students who pass the exam in the main stream.

More relaxed atmosphere on the exam

The first spring wave of those who pass the exam is incomparably smaller than the main stream. So, in 2017, 26.5 thousand people took part in the early surrender, and 703 thousand in the main stream. We note, however, that in 2018, 41 thousand graduates fell on an early wave. But despite the fact that the number of pre-term workers has grown, in comparison with the main stream there are still very few of them. It is easy to imagine the level of tension of nervously excited graduates who gathered so massively in the main stream. In this comparison, the early wave looks much calmer: in large cities, only a few dozen people can gather at examination points, and fewer fewer settlements. Do not forget about the graduates of past years, who could change their minds and not come to the exam in the early wave. In addition, since it is the graduates of previous years that make up the bulk of the early wave, the atmosphere in the classrooms is less tense, because by age they are more relaxed about exams. Being able to calm down on the exam is crucial to getting successful results. Also, a small number of people in the audience minimizes preliminary instruction: verification of barcodes, control of filling out forms, etc., which also reduces anxiety.

Good organization and comfortable conditions

In 2018, in the early period of the Unified State Examination, about 41 thousand people passed, mainly these were graduates of previous years. Since there were few dealers, only 245 points for examinations were involved. For a small number of examination points characterized by the removal of special attention to all organizational issues. Therefore, in the early period, there are practically no technical problems and organizational violations usually do not occur. Also, there is little chance of encountering a lack of additional forms or, for example, a lack of watches in the audience.

Many cities of Russia are characterized by a very changeable summer. Therefore, taking exams in late May and June may not be very comfortable physically. If during the exam it will be a hot day, then the audience can become quite stuffy, and the organizers do not always agree to open the windows. In the cold summer, you may encounter the opposite situation - in June, the heating has been turned off for a long time, the audience has been chilled, and the cold also prevents focus. In the spring, in the early period of passing the exam, the temperature in the audience is more predictable.

Quick check

Since in the early period of passing the exam, fewer works are checked, experts cope with the check faster. Typically, works are checked 7-9 days, but scores can be published several days earlier. Upon delivery in the main stream, verification of work takes about two weeks.

   Cons of passing the exam in the early period

Less time to prepare

The main disadvantage of early passing the exam is less time for preparation compared to the main stream. This will be the most important drawback for eleventh graders who decide to pass the exam ahead of schedule. This is due to the fact that some topics of the school course included in the USE program can be studied at the very end of the school year. Graduates will have to get to know them on their own.

The unexpectedness of changes in KIM USE

As you know, every year the exam options are changed. Since the early period is the first wave, new test and measurement materials are presented on it. Educators will have time to prepare graduates who will pass the exam in the main stream, focusing on the data published after the early completion. Such data are the demo versions of FIPI and options that were decided in the early stream. Those who are going to take the exam in the spring cannot count on such luxury and should be prepared for the unexpected.

Harder to prepare

Graduates who pass exams in the mainstream pass first exams at the end of the school year. Due to the fact that an early wave of passing takes place in March-April, graduates who join it are deprived of the opportunity to pass exams on a trial basis. Sometimes you can find training exams in the district departments of education, but often such an exam is paid. Many students use online servirs for training, but this method can also fail. Often, website owners, when laying out the options, are guided by the deadlines for the main flow and do not have time to adapt KIM to all changes this year.

Territorial remoteness of the exam

As we mentioned, the number of people who pass the exam ahead of schedule is not numerous. Accordingly, the points of the exam are organized much less. For comparison, in the early period in 2018, 245 examination points were organized, and in the main stream of 2017 - 4.5 thousand. This leads to the fact that residents of all areas of a geographically large city can take the exam in one of the subjects at one point. For residents of remote areas, this can be quite problematic.
