Tao yin exercises. Taoist gymnastics for rejuvenating joints

The therapeutic exercises of Taoist gymnastics, or TaoIn gymnastics, are popular all over the world. This gymnastics is considered the easiest way to quickly restore health at any age. Taoist gymnastics instantly fills the body with energy, starting the process of healing and restoration of the body.

The Chinese call this energy the vital energy of Qi. Pay attention to the word qigong: qi means positive energy, and gong means development.

Nowadays Tao yin  It is a system that includes self-massage, diagnosis and quick healing of your body, and which people who wish to make big changes in their body and who seek to restore and continue to maintain a harmonious connection with nature can successfully practice it.

Taoist Alchemy - Tao Yin

Ancient Chinese doctors emphasized the importance of relaxation. Relaxation allows you to unlock the flow of qi energy. When the path of the flow of vital energy of Qi is blocked by stress of a physical or emotional nature, conditions are created for the development of diseases. This is explained by the fact that tension takes a lot of strength and energy from the body.

Taoist gymnastics exercises promote quality body relaxation, which allows Qi energy to move freely.

Acquaintance with the amazing possibilities of Tao-Yin gymnastics for a quick restoration of health at any age is another new door that will open you a wonderful world of a healthy and happy life without medicine and pain.

In China, there is an expression: “Qi is the cause of a hundred diseases, and blood stasis is the starting point of these diseases” . It is not difficult to understand this expression - for one reason or another, clamped qi forms in our body. Given the close interconnection and interdependence of qi and blood, the blocked energy forms blood stasis in different parts of the body, which over time becomes more and more.

These congestion are manifested by many negative symptoms and diseases. Our wise body has a powerful self-healing system, but stagnation of qi and blood prevents it from starting its mechanism.

According to the logic of things, it is enough to restore the movement of qi and blood so that diseases have nowhere to gain a foothold.

Let's resort to an analogy. Imagine the movement of a winding brook, the waters of which are crystal clear and transparent. He easily and boldly makes his way. Its unobstructed movement attracts living organisms of all shapes and sizes.

But what happens if we build a dam in the path of the brook? Over time, this once "living creature" will turn into a dead swamp, a "center of inflammation" on the body of the Earth.

So in our body: pain, discomfort, fatigue, inflammation, negative symptoms and diseases - these are all foci of qi and blood sandwiched in various places.

Our task is not to fight the painful symptoms, because if the cause is not eliminated, they will come back again and again, and get rid of the root of the troubles that settled in the body, in other words - to tear down the dam that impedes the active movement of qi and blood.

Forcing blood to move in a large circle, and qi - unhindered through channels - means not to allow any poisons, the consequences of negative emotions, toxins, viruses and infections to become fixed in the body. To do this, they simply do not have fertile soil.

It was for these purposes that the exercises of Tao-yin gymnastics were carefully collected and adapted.

You will get the most optimal effect if you perform a set of seven to eight exercises at a time. But the fact is that each exercise individually is completely self-sufficient and can bring you great benefit.

Be healthy!

Preservation of health and active longevity is possible if you use the rich experience of Taoist culture. The art of using sexual energy to promote health and prolong life is the most unique and valuable contribution of Taoist culture to understanding the sexual balance between a man and a woman for the benefit of all mankind.

Take care of yourself, enjoy every moment of your life and!

Adherents of the Tao almost never call their real age, since they believe that it does not matter. Instead of counting birthdays, Taoists measure their life in breaths, heartbeats and, if they are men, in the number of ejaculations.

They believe that the earthly life of a person comes to an end when the number of breaths and heartbeats given to him is exhausted. Therefore, they try to slow down the pace of life in order to extend their earthly term. People who fuss in an attempt to catch as much as possible at every moment of their life will not even be able to reach the expected human limit of one hundred years.

One of the most striking examples of longevity is the Chinese herbalist and adherent of Taoism, Li Jing-yuen, whose youthful strength, sexual potency and excellent health have not exhausted throughout his long and active life. Master Li Jing-yu died in 1933, shortly after he took his twenty-fourth wife to the house!

In China, it is considered a historical fact that he was born in 1677. If this is true, it turns out that at the time of his death he was 256 years old. Until his death, he had his own and hair. People who knew him claimed that at 200 he looked no older than fifty.

Master Li Jing-Yuen left tips for those who wish to follow his example. In his life, he was guided by three basic rules:

Never rush into life

Do everything measuredly. Do not be nervous, take everything calmly and use the time as you need. He instructed the disciples: one should always be sure that the heart beats calmly; sit still like a turtle; move lively like a bird; sleep lightly like a dog.

Avoid excessive emotions.

Strong emotional outbursts should be avoided, especially with age. Nothing so quickly deprives the body of its energy and nothing violates the functional harmony of internal organs as violent emotional outbursts. As a result, in the three main “stations” of detoxification - in the kidneys and lungs, stagnation is formed.

Do qigong exercises every day

Exercise regularly. The duration and intensity of such therapeutic programs is less important than their regularity, while the qigong master selects the exercises suitable for you. He considered the exercises “Deer”, “Crane” and “Tortoise” to be the most outstanding qigong exercises.

Many millennia ago, Taoist sages chose three animals, famous for their longevity. One of these animals was a deer, which possessed extraordinary sexual and reproductive power. Tao masters carefully watched the deer’s habits and noticed how he, constantly waving his tail, “trains” and strengthens his anus.

This principle provides increased sexual stimulation, and Taoists have applied it to people. This is how the so-called exercise “deer” appeared, which can be of immeasurable value for the health of people of both sexes. An indication of our age is the number of years we have lived to date. However, the true age of a person is biological age. It does not depend on the number of years lived, because it reflects the state of health of the human body, as well as possible morphological changes in the skeleton and bone structure.

One of the most important indicators of biological age is the condition of the anus, which means the elasticity of the muscle compressing the anus. This muscle, also called the pubic-coccygeal muscle - the muscle of rejuvenation or love, belongs to the same energy system as the gonads. If the sex glands are strong, the pubic-coccygeal muscle will also be strong; and vice versa, untrained muscle-compressor of the anus will weaken the gonads. The anus can become so lethargic and weakened that some people find it difficult to resist spontaneous excretion of urine and feces in cases of flatulence, severe coughing or sneezing.

Further problems associated with this are significant problems related to sexual stimulation, or prolonged impairment of potency in men and frigidity in women. The higher the biological age of a person, the weaker his anal muscle, ability to move and concentration.

That is why the ancient Taoist sages created the “deer” exercise to give people a chance to significantly reduce their biological age. We can rejuvenate ourselves by starting regular exercise of the pubic-coccygeal muscle again.

Compression of the pubic-coccygeal muscle and pelvic floor to activate sexual energy

With the middle fingers of both hands, press on the hollow at the base of the skull and massage the acupuncture point GV-16 just 49 times. This helps to activate the left and right hemispheres of the brain at the entrance of nerve endings to the brain.

Inhaling air through the nose, place the tongue on the gums and leave it in this position until the end of the breath hold. While exhaling through your mouth, place your tongue over the bottom row of teeth.

Tighten your pelvic floor by pulling it up quickly and energetically. Take a deep breath at the same time for 15 seconds. Hold your breath and pelvic floor in tension for 10 seconds, then exhale for 5 seconds, relaxing. As a result, energy will directly enter the brain through the spinal canal and medulla oblongata (medulla oblongata).

Keep your fingers clasped around your thumb throughout the exercise. Legs should rest firmly on the floor, upper body and head should be kept straight. Fingers can only be relaxed after tension is completed and the pubic-coccygeal muscle relaxes.

Repeat this exercise 21 times - getting out of bed in the morning and before going to bed.

The tension of the pubic-coccygeal muscle and the pelvic floor is used to activate certain segments of the body.

Physical ailments and pain are consequences of impaired body functions and therefore serve as an important source of information about organic disorders. The English neuropathologist Sir Henry Head (1861–1940) carefully studied these correlations and compiled a type of “map” of reflexogenic zones on the skin surface, which were named “Head zones” in his honor.

These are segments of the body that connect to internal organs and are served by nerves originating from the same segments of the spinal cord. Through reflexes, each area affects the other so that a functional unity is formed between the individual organs and meridians. Head zones are stimulated by tension of the pubic-coccygeal muscle in the "deer" exercise.

Exercise instructions

With the middle fingers on both hands, press on the recess at the base of the skull and “pump” the acupuncture point GV-16 (the nerve channel at the entrance to the brain is the medulla oblongata) 36 times. This activates the energy of the right and left hemispheres of the brain.

Quickly and intensively tighten your pubic-coccygeal muscle, pulling it up and at this time take deep breaths for 7 seconds. Hold your breath for 7 seconds while holding the muscle in tension, and then exhale in a relaxed state for another 7 seconds. This facilitates the transfer of energy through the spinal canal and through the medulla oblongata directly to the brain.

Keep your palms tight around your thumbs during the exercise. Legs should rest firmly on the floor, upper body and head should be kept straight. Relax your fingers only after completing the stress exercise and after relaxing your pubic-coccygeal muscle.

Squeeze the pubic-coccygeal muscle, close the outer and inner vessels, open and expand it. Repeat this 49 times until the gates of bliss open for you. This is the secret of the deer exercise for women.

Performing the "Deer" exercise for women

In addition, the exercise “deer” can be considered the most economical healing tool in the world: it costs a person nothing and requires only regular classes. In the process of training, the endocrine system is rejuvenated, immunity is strengthened, the lymphatic gland system is cleansed and the nervous system calms down.

In both men and women, compressions of the pubic-coccygeal muscle and pelvis activate the "eight wonderful meridians" responsible for health and longevity.

Taoist gymnastics for rejuvenating joints

One of the most important achievements of China today is the healing Chinese practices. Not only have they not lost their significance, but, on the contrary, they are only now beginning to receive worldwide recognition. I want to tell you about the health Taoist practice, which is aimed at "revitalizing", the restoration of diseased joints. The Chinese themselves believe that this Taoist gymnastics has a rejuvenating effect on the whole body and on joints in particular.

The Taoist school considers its main goal “strengthening both the body and the spirit”. It consists in the practice of creating a “pill of immortality,” or “an immortal fetus,” in the body itself through psychophysical training. This method retains its traditional name as “perfecting the body and one’s inner nature” through qigong practice and contemplation of the inner nature (subordinating one's “I” to a single stream of “Tao”, where “Tao” is a certain universal Law, Path, Law of movement, development; the existence of all things and phenomena in the universe). On the basis of the ideas of immortality and following the Tao, many psychophysical training systems have been created that may formally not apply to qigong, but in fact are basically based on the same principles.

The Buddhist direction considers the self-regulation of consciousness and the psyche as the basis that leads to a correct, true vision of the world. It is by this method that the ability to completely control the body is achieved. The goal of a Buddhist is to overcome karma, achieve enlightenment and enter the state of Buddha.

The Confucian school emphasizes the development of the right spirit, the cultivation of sincerity and the improvement of moral qualities, that is, the practice of qigong is considered here as a tool to achieve a state of peace, stability and peace. For a Confucian medical school, the main task is the prevention and treatment of diseases, as well as prolonging life, the emphasis is on the importance of training not only the body, but also the spirit: “Strengthen the spirit and you will be healthy.” The secret of longevity is in the unity of body and spirit.

In this publication, we will introduce you to the easiest way to quickly restore health at any age, which doctors of traditional Chinese medicine have been successfully using for hundreds of years. This method is called "Gymnastics tao-yin", which is translated from Chinese means "lead and guide."

It is based on the unique discovery of Chinese medicine about the capabilities of our body independently restore lost functions.

If you are one of those people who use traditional means of healing, then the effect that you get from them is most likely small. You will soon find out why ...

If you began to notice that some systems of your body began to cope worse with their responsibilities to ensure the optimal functioning of your body, then we will demonstrate to you how Tao-Yin gymnastics helps to improve the functioning of all body systems with minimal effort on your part short time.

So now you also have the opportunity to gain this knowledge, which has almost magical powers.

How to normalize blood flow and harmonize the work of the main energy channels

In its most general form, the essence of this method is normalize blood flow and harmonize the work of the main energy channels in our body. Not just to increase the movement of qi and blood in the body, but to move the excess of qi and blood from one organ to another, from one part of the body to others, which are currently lacking in them. At the same time, qi and blood are not wasted.

All internal organs in our body interconnected. If somewhere there is an excess of energy, then in another place there is a lack of energy. Gymnastics dao-yin is just used to move excess energy to the right place, to prevent them from wasting or harming the body.

Its goal is to normalize the movement of qi and blood over a large circle of blood circulation and eliminate all obstacles (that is, garbage - toxins, toxins, dirty qi) that stand in the way of this movement, washing them out of the body.

So, with the help of Tao-Yin gymnastics, you can quickly normalize the blood flow in your body, activate the main channels through which energy moves, remove congestion and “garbage”.

The fact is that Chinese medicine considers the human body to be a perfect system. But modern man weakly believes in the wisdom of his own body, much more he relies on medical science. Without completely trying to understand what processes are taking place in the body, we decide that something is going wrong and intervene in the natural processes. Many diseases are a direct result of this thoughtless intervention.

Why do you need a sufficient level of qi and blood

Chinese medicine has established that the protective system of the human body consists not only of the immune system, according to Western medicine. It also includes systems:

  • self-diagnosis
  • resource management
  • self healing
  • regeneration

The main condition for the effective operation of all components of the body’s security system is a sufficient level of qi and blood.

If there is enough vital energy (qi and blood) in your body, it will be able to maintain all processes at the optimal level due to the work of its own body recovery system.

An incorrect lifestyle based on misconceptions about health, as well as an incorrect approach to the treatment of diseases lead to a constant decrease in the level of qi and blood. And this in turn leads to the development of chronic diseases.

The conclusion is simple - if you handle the body correctly, the energy given to a person initially will be restored, and you can be sure that it will be enough for the functioning of all body systems.   And in this organism diseases will not begin to develop. And if a person becomes ill, the self-healing function will turn on, and the body will independently repair the damage done to it.

All that is required of you to help your body maintain the health of your body is to raise the level of your vital energy and maintain it so that all life support systems, including recovery and self-healing systems, can work without failures. Soon you will learn how to do it with minimal effort. But first you need to find out how vital energy circulates inside your body.

Meridians - a magic network in the human body

Just as the blood moves inside our body through the arteries and veins, energy (qi) moves inside the body along the meridians, or energy channels. Meridians are a network in the human body that Chinese doctors discovered several thousand years ago.

Western anatomical science for a long time could not find confirmation of the existence of this network. But scientific equipment is becoming more advanced, allowing us to penetrate deeper into the secrets of the universe. And in 1998, the theory of meridians not only received scientific evidence of its existence, but its optical fiber structure was even determined. And also confirmed the theory of Chinese medicine that medicinal substances circulate in the body along the meridians.

Unlike other networks in the human body that have their own specific structure, the meridian system is a magic network that covers the entire body and is formed by elements of various physical nature.

Meridians connect internal organs, limbs and bones. We can say that every particle of the body - internal organs and systems, bones and muscles, skin and hair - are all included in this network. Therefore, when any disease develops, a bell rings in the place of the network corresponding to the diseased organ, warning about the need for urgent measures.

We only need to determine on which particular energy channel the bell rang, and we will find which organ or system is in an emergency state.

The main principle of health

And now we need to find out what nevertheless prevents qi and blood from washing every cell of our body. We all know that blood is updated daily. This is the so-called large circle of blood circulation. To understand how much a large circle of blood circulation affects our health, let's look at a few simple examples.

Many people often have acne on their faces, while the feet and hands are constantly freezing. This means that blood circulates poorly in a large circle, if it moved normally, reaching all distant parts of the body, such problems would not arise.

Many have problems with cerebral circulation, which means that blood does not enter the head area well enough. Some people have problems with varicose veins caused by stagnation of blood in the lower extremities.

Blood stagnates because fresh is not good. Therefore, to make blood freely and freely move in a large circle is the main principle of health, thanks to which you can quickly increase the level of qi and blood in the body, which means to return to it health and youth.

But in order to make the blood and qi freely rotate in a large circle, you need to know what prevents this. Chinese medicine found the answer to this question many centuries ago and developed many ways to remove these obstacles. But first things first ...

Why is it necessary to get rid of “dirty” and “cold” qi?

Chinese medicine has identified two main causes - external and internal - that slow down the blood and prevent it from moving in a large circle. The word disease in Chinese is written in two hieroglyphs (note that the ancient Chinese put a lot of meaning into each hieroglyph).

In the first hieroglyph, the key is the arrow, that is, it means that these are external factors that harm our health. The ancient Chinese identified six external factors - wind, cold, damp, heat, fire, dryness. In modern terms, these are viruses, bacteria, infectious diseases. In the second character, the key is "fire in the heart."

In Chinese medicine, the term "fire" refers to the energy expenditure in the body. And "if there is fire in the heart, it entails thousands of diseases," the Chinese saying goes.

How does this fire come about? It appears from the stagnation of qi and blood, caused by an unbalanced state of mind - from our negative emotions, such as anger, depression, sadness, fear, insecurity ... A certain set of thoughts corresponds to your ailment. Soul and body are connected and influence each other.

Of all the external factors for the modern person, the greatest danger is cold, because when it gets into our body it forms a special substance - "Cold qi."

Cold Qi   extremely adversely affects the circulation of qi and blood, slowing down their movement inside the body ... As Chinese doctors say: "sticks together blood." If external factors lead to the formation of “cold qi”, which leads to stagnation of blood, then internal factors lead to the formation of “fire in the heart”, which in turn leads to the formation of “dirty qi” in the body - a consequence of our negative emotions and bad mood irritability.

Dirty qi   acts in the same way as "cold", it interferes with normal blood circulation. Therefore, the "dirty" and "cold" qi must be disposed of. And the faster we do this, the better for our body. There are many ways to do this, the main thing is to understand the problem. If you find a problem, ways will always be found. Soon you will find out why it is so important for your health.

Channel patency is one of the main conditions for human health

If your body produces enough qi and blood, which circulate freely inside the body, supplying all the organs and systems of the body with fresh blood, then you have nothing to worry about. Because metabolic processes continuously occur in all parts of the body, in each of its cells, and waste is also continuously released.

Meridian system ensures uninterrupted transportation of waste. But when the performance of an organ decreases due to the influence of “cold” or “dirty” qi, the meridians begin to block, which negatively affects the connection of this organ and its corresponding meridian, and the obstruction of the meridian exacerbates the organ’s problems.

In youth, when the level of qi and blood is at a favorably high level, the waste elimination system works as normal, on the faces and bodies of most people there is neither sagging skin, nor wrinkles. Over the years, the blood level drops, the body becomes decrepit, more wrinkles and spots appear on the face.

This indicates the accumulation of undetected waste deposits. If the waste is removed from the body in a timely manner, sagging, spots, wrinkles are noticeably reduced, the channels become more passable, and a sufficient amount of qi and blood ensures the preservation of health and youth for many years.

In the arsenal of Chinese medicine, there are many ways to eliminate blocks in active channels, which helps the body get rid of waste and increase their permeability. Because the patency of the channels is one of the basic conditions for human health, regardless of whether he knows about it or not.

By the disease, the doctors of traditional Chinese medicine understood the violation of qi and blood circulation, the formation of congestion and blocks on its way. It was this approach, in which priority was given not to treating a diseased organ and, moreover, not to eliminating the symptoms of diseases, but to restoring the free circulation of vital qi and blood throughout the body, was laid in the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine.

To enhance the circulation of energy and blood, ancient doctors developed exercises and meditations that help maintain qi, properly normalize its flows, rid the body of negative energy or convert unbalanced energy into pure and positive.

During long-term medical practice, it was noticed that those people who regularly perform exercises live longer and are not susceptible to disease, compared with those who lead a sedentary lifestyle. It has also been discovered that some movements can improve qi and blood circulation.

This knowledge has allowed many generations of doctors of traditional Chinese medicine to create a whole line of unique methods of prevention, treatment of diseases, restoration of the most important internal organs, the effectiveness of which determines the quality of our lives. The most popular and affordable of these methods is taoist gymnastics.

The goal of Daoing gymnastics exercises

The goal of daoing gymnastics exercises is to activate the qi circulation, to strengthen it, to increase its level throughout the body.

The movements and poses of gymnastics practice are designed in such a way as to ensure the free circulation of qi and blood even to the most remote corners of your body, in order to enable them to show their healing power, to turn on the self-healing mechanisms laid down in us by Nature.

Regular exercise allows you to restore or strengthen the health of the whole body, get rid of physical, mental or emotional toxins and stresses that prevent us from living a full, long and happy life. All of them contribute to relaxation, strengthening the flow of qi and blood, the restoration of physical and spiritual forces. They will help restore body flexibility and elasticity, strengthen joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons, improve concentration and strengthen mental abilities.

Even ancient doctors noticed that relaxation is the main way to release blocked energy in the body. It is stress, whether physical or emotional, that drains us of strength and energy, contributes to the development of diseases. Relaxation, on the contrary, gives the body health and vitality.

Many of the exercises of taoin gymnastics are aimed at achieving quality relaxation.

It was for these purposes that the exercises of the Daoing gymnastics were carefully collected and adapted.

You will get the most optimal effect if you perform a set of seven to eight exercises. But the fact is that each exercise individually is completely self-sufficient and can bring you great benefit. This is what Dr. Zheng Fujong talks about the benefits of practicing the exercise "The Golden Rooster Stands on One Leg."

“Once I happened to give lectures at the club of labor veterans. I talked about some simple ways to promote health. The old people listened very carefully, carefully wrote down everything in notebooks, were afraid to miss a word. After the lectures, they didn’t disperse for a long time, they surrounded me and asked questions. I felt how old people want to be healthy ... And how helpless they are in the face of disease. One of the methods of health promotion that I proposed was a particular delight for the elderly - the simple and extremely effective exercise “The Golden Rooster Stands on One Leg”. At first, none of them could stand even five seconds, but by the time I finished reading the lecture cycle, some could already stand the pose for two minutes. And the more the posture time increased, the further they moved away from the state “head heavy, legs weak”, which prevented them from enjoying life. The quality of sleep improved, the head cleared, and memory improved significantly. There was an old man who, after a stroke, paralyzed one side of his body. After three months of daily exercise, this person, who could barely stand before, was able to climb to the fifth floor with a wand, but without outside help.

Isn't that a miracle?

The philosophy of Taoism teaches to contemplate and observe trends and energy flows, and in no case to go against the current, but to recognize the rhythm of the universe and be included in it. Taoism teaches calm and self-control both over the body and over emotions. From a European point of view, this is the ability to recognize the paths of least resistance and use them to your advantage. The Tao teaching is multifaceted; it touched upon both the practice of healing the body and the practice of sexual relations. Unlike the Christian tradition, the Taoists did not consider sex sinful, they perceived it as an energy process that is part of the Universe, and strove for its perfection. As a result, the Taoists developed an original system of physical exercises, which is designed to optimize the energy processes (“qi” energy) in the human body.

Taoist exercises to improve qi circulation

"Seven wonderful exercises." The purpose of this complex is to enhance the circulation of "qi" and increase the overall energy potential of the body. The first four exercises stimulate the circulation of qi flows, the other three help improve blood circulation, get rid of congestion, and provide blood supply to all distant sites.

The Seven Wonderful Exercises complex with comments is on the video:

Taoist practices for men

In Taoism, seed loss is regarded as a loss of limited vitality and as a cause of depletion of the body; in other words, Taoists recommend saving sperm in every possible way, while not abandoning sexual activity.

Do not be nervous, take everything calmly and use the time as you need

In the urethral canal in the area of \u200b\u200bthe base of the penis there is a thickening - the seed tubercle. Through the body of the seminal tubercle, the vas deferens pass. Sperm entering through them during ejaculation expands the ducts and acts on the nerve receptors of the seed tubercle. This causes a feeling of orgasm in a man.

The Taoist technique of multiple male orgasm is based on these processes, when the sperm flow mechanically stops at the level of the seminal tubercle and is squeezed back (which is done by compressing the trained pubic-coccygeal muscle). In this way, you can repeatedly get a sense of orgasm without ejaculation. In addition, in Taoist techniques, seed is thrown into the bladder by controlling the obstruction of the bladder. The benefits and safety for male health of sperm flow redirection techniques are highly controversial and questionable. Taoists consider the seed stored in this rather extreme way an additional source of energy and longevity, which is also doubtful (the seminal fluid will leave the body anyway, only with urine).

At the same time, premature ejaculation is a common male problem and deprives many couples of sexual satisfaction. With the help of Taoist practices, it is real to learn how to control ejaculation and regulate the duration of sexual intercourse.

Men who believe that sex for 5-15 minutes is able to fully satisfy their companion are mistaken

Feeling the approach of ejaculation, the man strains the anus and pelvic floor, stopping breathing, as in the exercise “Deer” described below. This somewhat reduces the intensity of a man’s sexual activity, as does desire. With good self-control, a man can suspend ejaculate in the area of \u200b\u200bthe seed tubercle, experiencing a semblance of an orgasm; after a short pause, he can continue frictions, prolonging sexual intercourse.

For men and women

Here are some simple but effective exercises from different Taoist styles:

  1. The first golden exercise "Deer".

Considering the deer an animal with high potency, Taoists observed his behavior and noticed that he was constantly shaking his tail. Why does he shake, only a deer knows, but the Taoists regarded his behavior as training the pubic-coccygeal muscle. Exercise helps prevent pelvic prolapse, which can occur with age and impair sexual function (and also cause urinary and fecal incontinence) in both women and men. In addition, a trained pubic-coccygeal muscle makes it possible to control the duration of sexual intercourse. "Deer" resembles Kegel exercises.

Regular practice of Taoist exercises will allow you to feel your body more acutely, to feel its processes, and will also make it possible to influence and manage them

First you need to stand firmly on a flat surface straight and massage the occipital fossa at the base of the skull 49 times with the middle fingers of both hands. This is thought to activate nerve endings at the entrance to the brain. Then you need to put your fingers in a pinch around the thumb.

Inhalation is carried out by the nose and is held for 10-15 seconds. At this time, you should quickly and strongly tighten the pelvic floor and retract the anus. Then exhale through the nose for 5 seconds. The mouth should be closed, the tongue behind the lower row of teeth. Relaxation should occur as you exhale. Exercise is performed 21 times - after sleep and before bedtime.

  1. "Healing source."

Exercise is designed to normalize kidney function. First you need to stand upright, feet shoulder width apart, arms hanging and relaxed, breathing through the nose. Take a deep breath while lifting up on your toes and unfolding your shoulders. Try to stop breathing for a minute and shake your whole relaxed body. At the same time, men are invited to shake their genitals, and women to relax the sphincter of entry into the vagina. As you exhale, tighten your stomach and gently lower your heels. Plus, you need to make circular movements of the shoulders 16 times in the "eight" (while you can already breathe freely). Hands remain lowered. With proper exercise, you can feel the flow of blood to the fingers.

By practicing Taoist exercises, a man will be able to use this energy for general healing, thereby increasing his vitality

  1. Exercise “8 diagrams” (“8 trigrams”).

Hands draw a figure similar to the yin-yang symbol in a circle (trigram). To stand upright, arms hanging down, body and mind relaxed. Slowly raise your hands in front of you to shoulder level, as if holding a round object, crouch slightly. The left hand rises smoothly above the head, and the right goes down, describing the arc from behind, while half-squatting on the left leg is performed. Then raise your right hand forward and up until it rises above your head. Turn the right palm back and draw a vertical circle with your hand, and then “yin-yang” in this circle. Having described the symbol, the right hand should rise above the head. Step forward with your right foot and half-sit on it. The left hand goes down and back, outlining the symbol of the trigram. Having finished the description of the symbol, the left hand is above the head. Then the right hand goes down and draws a symbol again, and the right foot steps back. The exercise is done 8 times on each side in about a minute and looks like a kind of dance.

It’s quite difficult to describe in words all the stages of this exercise, it’s better to watch its implementation on video:

Exercise develops coordination of movements, calms the nervous system (by following the movements of the arms and legs, one can hardly think of anything else), activates a number of reflexogenic points in the area of \u200b\u200bthe shoulder blades, shoulders and neck. It is believed that the systematic implementation of “8 trigrams” prevents heart disease, including myocardial infarction.

The purpose of this exercise is to help the body absorb fresh elements, as well as get rid of used
  1. "The turtle is pulling its head in."

Exercise helps to get rid of abdominal fat (abdominal obesity) and is extremely useful for metabolic syndrome and diabetes. Standing, hang your arms along the body. Palms turn to the ground. Raise your hands to the chest. Make a half step forward and a half squat on the front foot. Tilt, hands try to "grab" the ground, and then rise along the front leg (it at this time smoothly straightens) to the stomach, turning its palms to the body.

The execution of the “turtle” is shown in the video:

  1. “Flight of the Bird Rukh” This exercise improves coordination of movements and normalizes weight.

Hands in front of the chest are positioned as if holding a ball. With this "ball" you need to describe the horizontal figure eight, lowering it down and starting to rise at the extreme reachable point (half of the figure eight). Next, the hands return to the chest and describe the second half of the figure eight on the other side.

Hand movements are accompanied by torso twists:

  1. Soaring White Crane.

This is a whole set of exercises, built on an imitation of the movements of the crane, its head, neck and wings. Designed to improve the spine, effective for the fight against cervical osteochondrosis, helps to normalize blood pressure, eliminate headaches and back pain. How to perform movements, it is better to look at the video, the video sequence is accompanied by comments.

The exercises are simple and do not require special physical training, here are two of them:

  • "Small Crane";

  • Crane Neck.
